  15. I don’t think it matters what exactly you’re wearing. I think the fact you’re doing Yoga regardless is awesome. My tummy muscles hurt from last night’s Yoga workout. Realizing how out of shape I truly am. :)

  16. @coonie18 try to make sure the heel of your back foot is behind your toe so your foot is on an angle. . this will make the pose a hip opener and should feel really good too! hope that helps!

  19. Tara, seriously, how do you get that flexible?! That last stretch, with your head and arms towards the deck while doing the splits! I mean, I’m a guy, does it really just take practicing yoga? Are there any specific stretches that I can do to help with this? ;) Also, you’re awesome!

  24. Hi Tara! I love your videos (and the book)!! Just a quick question, I have a lot of trouble opening up my hips in warrior 2, what can I do to help increase flexibility in that area, just so that my thigh doesn’t tilt when I attempt to open up my hips to face one side?
