@sarahcavfc Hi Sarah, it sounds you have to build up to it a bit slower. Start just with the warm up, and if that goes without pain, add half of the sun salutation, if that goes well, do a little more every time. Don’t try to do too much too quick! Maybe something in the alignment is wrong, the best thing is to go to a life yoga class so a teacher can correct you there!

i have your dvd but i just cant do it…ive pulled a muscle in my back everytime i dont know where im going wrong
