Yoga is very toning for the liver and keeps her glands happy = happy skin!
If you are a teen, keep doing yoga (twists are super cleansing), meditate and wait it out.

I’m really bad at yoga
I don’t know why. I’ve been practicing for 6 months with your video’s your dvd and your book, but I just am not getting better. Advise?

I was wondering if you can think of any specific yoga routine for dancers? I think you were a dancer, and I suppose you know exacly what dancers need; streinght, extension, some relax. Thanks, D
