  3. I just did your beginner’s yoga vids 1, 2 and 3 and for some reason they got me sweating more than 30 minutes of cardio work on the elliptical lol.

  23. It’s not that difficult… you’re supposed to do parts 1 and 2 first, practising those until you are comfortable enough with your strength to move onto part 3.
