Due to many requests, here is a sequence for everybody to start your YOGA.

  2. yes it is good for your body. any exercise is good for your body. I weight train and light jog. But i find that Yoga is really helpful too…it calms me down and I can do it anywhere (home, school, etc)
    I also live in Canada, so if it snowed heavily…i dont want to drive to the gym/jog in -20F/-30C weather ;)

  5. You stimulate every muscle and help blood flow. Energize and thus loosing weight.

  7. I’m a strong believer in not going to gyms for getting slim, I’m 22 (male) and was 190 during the summer. Now, 175 and in great shape since I started exercising at home. I just use a resistance band and for dumbells I place books in backpacks and weigh it out on my scale. :D

  8. If you really want to lose the weight you MUST diet, and im not saying you need to stop eating or doing some crazy lose weight quick deal. Just eat things that make sense, eat smaller portions slower, and avoid carbs (doesnt mean stop eating carbs).

    As far as working out goes, do it 3-4 times a week. There’s no get slim quick workout…It takes a strong will to stay on your workout and dont give up on it, you wont see results for a while. And make sure you do cardio, after workouts.

  9. Well. You just need to try. Do you REALLY want this, or could you go about your day without it? Next, you need to get over (if you have this problem at all) the fact that your not going to have everything in life just handed to you. You have to work for it!

    Now, if you REALLY want it, then you could get a gym membership, or if you don’ really want people to see you, you can exercise at home, all you might really need is a chair, and some dumbells. (a tredmil is good, but it’s boring) HaveFun

  14. eat lots of fruits and vegetables. i dont care if they taste good. just eat them. eat lots of fiber and complex carbohydrates.
    if you are not hungry dont eat. if you are hungry then eat. eat until you are satisfied but not until you are full. breakfast should be the biggest meal of the day and dinner the smallest.
    gradually change your diet and give yourself occasional breaks from the diet.
    and of course cardiovascular exercise. even just little bit is alot better than nothing.

  18. i need help please i am 22 and wanna have my size back.i fewl so horrible each day of my bely fat, i cant even go out, my husband thinks im going crazy but no body understands, i was size 8 even below 8 but now going into size 10 on top and size 12 on legs, i have putted alot on my bely and hips and legs i want to lose it but cant and dont know how? if i do this would it help me lose this ex fat.

  19. Maybe you should try some more effective training if you want to lose bely fat.
    And you are only 11, but maybe you should look over what you eat at a day. If you have more questions just ask!!!!

  20. yes, if you follow it faithfully you will see results, but it is not a quick fix

  24. eat everything you can and drink a lot of water. i would suggest you join some sports team at your school. running and competing with others your age will help keep you in shape.

  25. wow, lol im 20, 4’11 and weigh like 107….. people always tell me i look a lot younger, its just funny to me :)
