Strengthen your eye sight and relax your eyes. Anybody sitting in front of a computer or a TV for long hours can benefit immensely from practicing these Yoga eye exercises daily. You can do them sitting on a chair or on the floor, or in a standing position. Eye exercises also help to balance the brain hemispheres and harmonize the mind.   1. @shhhhoooo there are also many eye exercises to try, but they revolve around exercising the 6 eye muscle groups or something like that, channelling inner energy to the eyes, nutrition, positive optimistic mentality & outlook towards life, it should all work out. washing with Cold water daily & releasing tension by pressing on the temples along with pressing on the outer corner or the eyes near ur upper nose, massagin the pressure points around the eyes on the face n variety of eye stretching

  2. @shhhhoooo @shhhhoooo hey Ive been doing this exercise on & off through the year, it works and it will help with time n dedication, but this exercise and bit more needs to be merged on a daily. Food : carrots & celery are amongst the tops ones. there was a particular fish and berrery also towards eye care. Positive thinking and sayin & beleive that eyes are getting better & are better. If your familiar with meditations and tai chi, well channelling inner energy to the eye while meditating

  12. look at my erect penis boucing up and down, upper right, lower left, close your eyes, open your mouth, and take in the healing mayonnase for you, its is not semen, just mayonnase.

  24. well i have been doing this since 2 weeks.But i didn’t get any inprovement.I sometimes have headache when i wear glasses.Can u tell me dat do we have to wear glasses if we r doing this and in how many days it will recover our eye.
