  6. Hello Al!! Thank you for this gift. I’ve been looking for a simple way of starting with yoga. Please advise how long should we do this first breathing exersice as beginners. Thanks so much.

  7. It’s very hard to concentrate when the guys are absolutely stunning.. heh.

  8. Pins and needles is a sign that some part is not working how it needs to . If in doubt take a break and relax a little in child’s pose.

  9. I often find that staying in these positions for as long as the guys in the videos, after a long day university & cycling, the part(s) of my body holding my weight start to go numb and I sometimes even get pins & needles. When this happens, should I just ignore it? or take a break and relax a little in child’s pose or mountain pose?

  10. Yoga certainly keeps you healthy :)

  11. Yes breathing is a pretty large ( Huge ) topic.
I have been to Pranayama workshops where the teacher has had the class do a series of chest opening exercises. So that in the supported Pranayama the Lung hits the very top of chest cavity where lung can never touch and expands the chest from the inside out. We will have a full 70 Min Pranayama class released soon U can c the first 10 mins in our channel here. I think there is more than one opposing field of opinion on breathing. Namaste

  12. wow this guys are so cute mmm. I should practice yoga more ofthen.

  13. Good answer, thanks.

    I have another question.

So many of the videos and many books put emphasis on diaphragmatic breathing keeping the abdomen quite still but breathing only into the area of the lower ribs or teach breathing quite fully into the abdomen (which is really not diaphragmatic breathing at all of course) virtually bypassing the ribcage, either way, they tend to avoid breathing fully into the chest.

Not sure what my question is but would appreciate your thoughts on this.

  14. Hey sounds like she needs yoga also .

  15. Hi cspace1234nz
We are aiming at people whom can listen to instructions and be observant .

If you listen to the Audio it says ” If you don’t feel comfortable in this position Place a folded blanket under your buttocks.” You can build as much height as you like which it makes attainable for most to sit in a simple cross-leg position of some sort.

If you look at the guy on the right which is me does it look like i have a waxed chest and I am doing the routine?
    Keep well

  16. Nice gentle practice for beginners in one way but in the light of the fact that most people will not be able to sit like this it seems that you are either aiming your video at people who have been practicing for some time or you don’t really understand what it’s like for most people when they try to sit in a simple cross-leg position. When they try to sit with a “straight back” they struggle to sit still, then the breathing too is a struggle.

Also, do you have to wax your chest to do this ?

  17. Great, My GF asked me to look up yoga, and now she is convinced Im gay. Thanks.

  18. That should not happen. You are pushing it too hard . Take it a bit easier in the postures . Still work hard but just don’t go as deep into the strecthes . Work at your own level you will build up to where we are . You should be energised at the end . Would you sprit the first 100 m of a 1500 m race ? Probably not. If you can’t get to the end you should do the lying leg stretch and the relaxation.

  19. hello al..what i meant was usually i get exhausted and also there is shortage of time..there is no problem with the video…so what do i do? continue from where i left or start again..i usually start again but stop almost at the same postures everyday

  20. i know what the yoga menu says. But Satan lied.

  21. why r u always mentioning my privates (highest part of you).

I eat samosas, chappatis & drink coke is it bad?

Ram nam hai! Hare Ramna Namaskaram!

  22. A teacher is always a good start . The correct yoga videos can be good to add some structure. Namaste

  23. EndTimeDelusion1 . Where we view the world from is what we see. In yoga as we develop, we do not excludes parts of ourselves including Sexuality . We embrace them and transcend and include them in our life so we can live with more fullness as we move through the human experience.

  24. Hi Jerryx2000 it means the Highest part of me salutes the highest part of you . So it is cross culture . When you are into growth and development you want to be speaking to the part of the self that is growing . Not the coke drinking, burger chomping part. Hence the greeting opens that up . I finish with it to show that we are in good standing.

    Namaste

  25. pranayama fans the flames in your lower body (awakens lust). Totally the opposite of mortifying your members, as the BIble says. If you want to be overcome by your flesh, practice pranayama, and set it on fire. But the flesh profiteth nothing, as the Bible says. Better not to fan the flames of the flesh, but rather mortifty ther deeds of the flesh, and live for the Spirit instead.
