I only can’t do ashta vakar asana the rest is done with ease I’m practicing daily to do ashta vakar asana better and I believe that practice makes man perfect.
I do that with one arm tied behind my back!!!

I’m doing Yoga for about 3 months now and i can basicly do this, wow I didn’t expect that. But I’m doing splits for like 10 years now.

dude, I’ve been practising yoga for 13 years and I can’t do this. it’s an example of daily dedicated practice as well as a lot of mind work

Thank God for YOGA! Myyogaonline I have a question: Sometimes I have a hard time with taking breathe because my traught and my chest is very stressed. What can i do to release the tention?
