    I was sick last week and wasn’t feeling up to an energetic practise… this would have been perfect. Will definitely refer back to these poses next time I’m not 100%

  4. Wow. I did this after I worked out [lifting baby weights, etc.] and it brought me back to level as well as brightened my mood immensely. I will definitely be making this a part of my workout routine, after I get out of work, and after yoga practices, too. So wonderful. Thank you!
