Around two thousand people took part in France’s biggest ever yoga session on Sunday, with the Eiffel Tower as a backdrop. The session was held to mark the UN International Day of Non-Violence which falls on October 2. (Oct. 2)

I’m no fan of the UN. However, I am a long-time instructor, and always appreciate well-executed yoga postures.

Lol… western yoga instructors make me laugh… they have very little training, and they teach yoga as a form relaxation, which it is not. Also, here in the U.S. a study has shown that yoga instructors are killing their students by improperly instructing them on certain poses which cause heart damage.Over a five year period, that damage becomes permanent and shaves 8 yrs off your life…
