Since I got this DVDs, I’m using it regulary. I found the routines to be challenging but doable. I also like Jeniffer’s style, and her instructions are helpful. A great purchase for those who find some prenantal exercise DVDs to be too slow and not very challening.

I just received this DVD in the mail yesterday and could not be happier with it!!! I did the 45 min workout and found it very challenging (by the end my legs were shaking). I have been practicing Vinyasa Yoga and pilates for about a year at a local studio, and am getting to the point in my pregnancy where going to the regular classes is starting to feel a bit useless since I can no longer do many of the poses. I was concerned that a pre natal routine would be too easy, but that is definitely not the case here. This is a must for all mommies to be who want enjoy the benefits of staying fit during pregnancy.

I really enjoyed using this video during pregnancy. Jennifer Wolfe shows you poses to ease you in labor and delivery as well. Would highly recommend these videos. The only reason I rated them 4 instead of 5 is that some of the poses can be quite difficult towards the end of pregnancy and you should know a little about yoga before starting this regimen.

This dvd set is amazing! I get a great workout in every time! I love the three women that are in it in different trimesters. Also she is very easy to follow. However this DVD set is for those who are looking to still challenge themselves with a decent workout during pregnancy. I am 26 weeks, and I absolutely love it! I feel great too! I would recommend this product to anyone

One thing about yoga class I like – is that when you practice yoga, you are so involved in it, you don’t notice anything else. And for me it primarily comes through steady breathing.
I couldn’t follow this DVD breath-wise – at some moments you are ready to exhale, and hear: “inhale”. this completely turned me off. Couldn’t wait for it to finish.
But as a prenatal exercise i’d still recomment this DVD, especially short forms. It really puts a focus on hips, and even though i’m a practitioner with 1 year experience, after this workout I felt my quads a little sore the next day. Also, very good as a hip opener – I could advance in my regular practice as well.
My advice is go for it, but do not expect it to be more than a good prenatal workout.
