I got several requests for Mermaid Pose. It is quite an intense stretch on the front of the thighs and a backbend. You can use a strap looped around the foot to make it more accessible. Have fun!   19. @ifmb1955 As long as your knee is fine and your back knee is on the floor, its ok! Its not ok when the back knee is not on the floor.
