Kapalbhati Yoga Breathing Exericse for Weight Loss
June 1, 2010
One of the best yoga breathing exercises for weight loss, healing and health is Kapalbhati Yoga Pranayama. Master it, enjoy it and benefit from it.
Hi,
I dont know whether Yoga has a religious link or not but one thing I can say It is been practised by Hindus which is origin of India. You should have positive mind to accept all religions. If you think yoga is associated with hindu religion then better leave it and practice aerobic exercised or any other which can give u results thereby losing the benefit of Yoga
So I’ve been trying these breathing exercises, but I find that after doing them, I start to feel very dizzy. Could you tell me what i’m doing wrong?

@snowmelowtree u are ignorant, u need to burn calories with aerobic activities before make any crunches or put any muscles if u have fat on ur body.
@pantherkursk what do u call crunches loser
u cant loose weight sitting ur ass on the mat, no offense ; )
this is funny, ppl believe me you can never loose wait with such tecniques, best and only way to do is to exercise and your diet. these such things are to fool your mind that your improving or something like that.

this is good as it increases oxygen in the body. more oxygen in the blood helps to repair the body.

@liv34today Yoga does have spiritual origins but is non-denominational. In fact there is evidence that Yoga has been practiced in different parts of the world for a long long time – not only in India. All the best.

Bless you Sir!
Thanks a lot for uploading this video! I don’t think any other video could emphasize the value of kapalbhati pranayama better than this.
Thank you so much sir!
I had quite a big lunch today if that counts ?
I’ll bet you’re stupid !
I bet you’re fat
I like this exercise very much it is easy to learn and you can pracitce it anywhere anytime. the mind is like a parachute it only works when it is open. empathy, understanding and patience are free to give and receive perhaps if more people in this world practiced some of these we would all be alot happier and healthier.
Dear Anmol Mehta,
Thank you very much for this. I used to do yoga after the birth of my second child and I had gone back to my prepregnancy weight. But then over time, i stopped doing it and gained wieght again. More than that, it is the work stress and the constant tiredness that sap all energy out of me. I decided to take it up again but by then, i had forgotten how to do it properly. Finally, I found videos on youtube that would show asanas and prananyam correctly. Bless you for posting!
