  17. Hey :-)

Have been following your videos for a while and think what you’re doing and your approach is great and very inspiring :)

I sent you a msg about weight training and how to gain lean muscle and be toned but not appear bulky like some women do and what you personal opinion/experience on this is?

    Kaya

  18. @strawberrymargharita I did classical dance growing up. . never really got into gym work outs. . yoga works the best for weight loss, mindfulness, muscle tone, mental health. . and everything else!

  19. @Carolinainmymind sure! doesn’t matter what the end “shape” of the pose is. good idea for video though. I’ll break it down. You can start with kicking the foot gently into your hand. that will create the back bend. You can stay where there is a little tension and breathe into it. Never good to push through areas that aren’t opened up yet. The more you do this stuff the more opens up. It’s that simple. Just practice. thanks!!!

  20. @numista awe shucks!!! that’s so sweet! so do you! xo

  21. You make the world a better place, Tara. Love you…

  22. I just want to say hello, have a great day, Hair Peace

  23. Hi Tara,
thank you! Could you say something about the alignment of the hips in the “bonus” part? How can you approach the position if you’re not that flexible yet?
    Keep it up,
    Ellen
