  2. I was great at the relaxation part, i just left out the curling into the fetal position. It’s hard to do as a guy. This was my first time trying yoga, very relaxing, thank you.

  7. I’ve been doing this routine every night for a week, it’s so amazing! My body feels great and i haven’t fallen asleep as quickly or slept as well since i was a child.

  10. you try way too hard to make your voice sound calm and relaxing. as a result, it sounds fucking annoying.

  11. hey! I had that problem the first few times I did this, but found I got use to it. Lying on my back and breathing in slowly and gently helped too.

    i tried this last night, and found i was very calm and relaxed afterwards. however, after going straight to bed, i couldnt get to sleep for at least an hour. my heart rate was quite fast.
    i felt very sleepy the whole time, but couldnt actually get to sleep, any sugestions??

  14. the best treatment for insomnia would have to be chiropractice medicine, however I have found that lack of flexibility leads to a host of health problems. The more flexible you are, the healthier you are.

    Both Indian Yogis, and Chinese Daoists have a saying, the amazing thing is that they came up with it being geographically separated;

    “pliability is the characteristic of a baby, stiffness, is the characteristic of a corpse.”

  16. I suffer from terrible insomnia and I’m used to dread nights and the endless hours of laying in my bed, wishing I could sleep.

    I’ve tried this for a couple of weeks already and, whenever I do it before going to bed, sleeping comes much easier.
