Hatha Yoga Flow 4
September 14, 2010
This is a favorite of people who like their class to move along. Each movement flows into the next in this gentle sequence. Duration: 56 min Teacher: Setareh Riahi
Very Nicely and wisely recorded and published, its good for both bigenners and for those who are alraedy doing Yoga… Thanks for this sharing.
we all should do yoga its matchless tool/exercise to get mental and physical fitness, just do it atleast for once, this is the only way to see the difference and power of Yoga!

Great relaxation too and has completely calmed my mind
I pretty like this Hatha Yoga video with the super easy poses which are good for stress release and body streach. Enjoy!
awesome!! full of stretch. Thank you.
I love it!! Absolutely makes me feel rejuvinated. Many thanks for posting this!
I loved this one!
what’s the difference between yoga flow 1, 2, 3 ,4?? do we do all that straight by order?
Excellent class!
Thank you!
Namaste.
more flexibiliy,the one I enjoy
@iMakeBreyer Sorry peanut didn’t mean to offend your delicate sensibilities. I was more or less trying to inspire the creator of the series to maybe post more advanced stuff so that once people, such as yourself, find the flow to be too easy, there’s a more advanced alternative to work towards. Either way, whatever your level, keep up the yoga, it good for mind and body
Namaste
@barelylegalpigeons btw that really affends me cause that was super hard!
that was AWESOME!!! thank you
OMG! I tend to look like a weirdo when I do a yoga class just because the instructors never seem to tell me when to transition into another pose till everyone’s in it but ME! I tend to embarrass myself that way. But the video was great, she told me when we were going to move and what pose was next. Bloody brilliant! Forget class I’m sticking with this. LOL Cheers!
i really like this.
Woah i didnt think that was 56 minutes. That really focused me. It felt like five. Namaste!
Thank you so much for that!
This was wonderful, thank you!
WAY TOO EASY!!! This is definitely beginner level.
