I completely love my yoga towel. It is a great price and it works well. It prevents me from slipping on my mat and it captures moisture well.

I think the non-slip mats would work much better (i bought it to use for "hot yoga" classes). It slips around a little on the mat, but an alright product for the price - the nonslip towels are more than twice as much.

I own this towel, and two other more expensive brands. I think this one works exactly the same. I practice bikram yoga multiple times a week and I don't see any difference between this towel and the others. Except, of course, this one is half the price. I would definitely recommend it, especially to someone who is just starting out and isn't sure how much to spend, or to someone who practices pretty frequently and needs more than one.

This towel takes very little space in my Yoga bag and is bigger than my bath towels which this is used for.

If you just need a towel to soak up sweat during hot yoga, this would be a good buy. However, if you are looking for a towel that won't slide around on your mat, take a pass on this one and buy a Yogitoe's towel instead. Since I bought both, I just use this one next to my mat so that I don't have to touch the carpet on extended side poses. This is not a non-slip or skidless towel.
