i wuz seaching for breath of fire (GAME)
@rikypatel What i meant is after the inhale you just get more loose and the exhale will came effortless, but thank you about telling me and other about Kapalbhati I will read about it.
Hi Anmol- Please reply to my questions. It would help clear doubts of many other practitioners also. I did a research on the web and it appears many places it is said to be breath of fire and kapalbhati are same. I am clear on kapabhati but i would like to learn correctly on breath of FIRE. Appreciate your answer.
@ReapeR88666 I think this where it is wrong there are 2 similar types of pranayam – breath of fire and Kapalbhati (comes from abs, as you described). I did a research on this, it is commonly mistaken as kapalbhati….though i am seeking for clear understanding and distinction between these two.
but the upper body movement side to shide swinging the shoulders as if you are stepping in front of someone(Idk if you can imagine this) without using the lower body or hips to move…
con’t:
It almost sounded as if my ribs were rubbing against something..what is that sound? It is very odd hard to describe how I did this. Anyways, I’m not doing it anymore though because I don’t know if it is good or not. Wondering if you knew? Thanks
Hello I like the video. I don’t really know anything about these types of things, but I was fooling around and you know how someone could do a shimmy with there upper body(it will look like they are moving there upper back/chest /upper stomach side to side using the force of the shoulders swinging the shoulders in a side/forward motion…well I was doing this and breathed fast and I noticed I could hear something…It was like I could hear my breath coming from my stomach.
what is the dangers of doing this i started this combined with not having sex to focus my energy and now i feel like i am depressed all the time and i feel i am also lost
Is it true we can do as many times and whenever we want ….does not one feel light headed if practiced more than limit?
one gets confused the more they dive into the yoga world. Thank you for this clear and helpful video and demonstrating the breath of fire is different than kapalbhati (i read somewhere these 2 are same). When I do this the breath is effortless and doesnt travel much into body(lungs, stomach), it seems very shallow breathing, just inhale in your nose and exhale,is it correctly said / experienced. Appreciate your ans.

Can you do the breath of fire while you’re walking?

You may sit on a chair.
All the best,

Great video thank you so much. I really feel my entire body come to life within seconds of starting the breath of fire. This technique is absolutely remarkable. Namaste.
what if your not flexible enough to sit like that.
thank you so much for sharing…
bullshit. All this shit shown here and there is all bullshit and someway money greeding. Let me tell you, ME a beginner with “low intellect” let me tell you, wanna get rid of stress? Meditate, sit – lay down whatever just don’t sleep. answe is NO THOUGHTS Breath with stomatch. All this here and there is bullsdhit.
goodluck ppl and dont get brainwashed too much
@Svarti666 you are speaking true words. I suffered with a sudden Kundalini awakening a few years ago which caused my arms to suddenly start shacking and my head to move (due to rising energy). In the end I was faced with depersonalisation and extreme fatigue.
How long should the breath of fire be preformed at each time? How will you know when you are opening your energy pathways?
Is the exercise started with the lungs full or empty, does it matter?
I’m having trouble keeping the pace for more than about a dozen seconds.
IT might be dangerous because one is pretty much hyperventalating. There is no such thiung as “kundalini”, nor does it detoxify. IF it does please state which specific toxins in the measured amounts.
@Svarti666 thats interesting and strange, i feel like like it was some unrelated condition, but im no expert on these techniques so ‘ll take everything into consideration. thanks
