  6. after i do a headtsand the top part of my head cracks
    is this normal, whats wrong with my skull?

  7. well if its the headstands you’re after, you don’t have to worry. I am very unflexible, but I can do all sorts of headstands xD

  8. wow…i can`t even get my head to the floor…i`m sooooo unflexible..:-(

  9. I’m in advanced yoga. I can’t even climb up the wall and hold my torso in the air lol.. the chances of me doing this are nil.

  10. Only hand/head stand and not headstand.

    If your head is not on the floor then it’s a forearm stand.

    And anyway, try doing a 30 minute headstand without your head on the floor.

  23. a good reason to do this is for shaolin training to strengthen the neck

  24. whats the purpose of having your head on the floor? is that relaxing somehow? lol
